Refund Policy

Hoping you never need it but here is our RETURN POLICY, let’s keep it simple!

    We accept returns or exchanges for the unused items in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately, Shipping fees are non-refundable and fees for return shipping belong to our customers. We are really sorry!

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy.

    Our products are handmade, and imported and all sales are final and we can accept returns for only damaged items or with a 10% restocking fee cut. We check all items for intactness. In rare cases, damages may occur during transport and we will arrange for the damaged goods to be picked up so you may quickly receive a replacement. Please carefully check if anything was damaged during transportation. If so, please decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note “under reserve''. Please notify us, as well as the carrier of the damage in writing within 4 days. If you have accepted the parcel, please send us digital photos of the damages via e-mail. This way, we can file a proper damage report with our insurance company. For the products that reach you broken, you must get a damage compensation report from the cargo and you must declare it to us.

    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
